Una spiaggia con tanti freebies sparsi qua e là e un Market con molte cose da vedere e comprare( animazioni, ecc...). Non manca la Trashcan, il bidone della spazzatura :))) con dei bei regali da pescare!! Io ci sono letteralmente finita dentro!!!Ti ci tuffi e dopo 15 secondi ecco che ti arriva un regalo!! Perfetto per i nuovi arrivati in SL!
All'interno del negozio è possibile comprare The secret of Atlantis, un atollo con tanto di sexbed al piano di sotto...direttamente sott'acqua!!! :)))

Story of the Scrovegni Chapel

The Scrovegni Chapel, dedicated to St. Mary of the Charity, frescoed between 1303 and 1305 by Giotto, upon the commission of Enrico degli Scrovegni, is one of the most important masterpieces of Western art. The frescoes, which narrate events in the lives of the Virgin Mary and Christ, cover the entire walls. On the wall opposite the altar is the grandiose Universal Judgement, which concludes the story of human salvation.
The chapel was originally attached to the Scrovegni family palace, built after 1300, following the elliptical outline of the remains of the Roman arena.
The Chapel was acquired by the City of Padova in1880, and the vulnerable frescoes were subjected to several specialized restoration operations during the 19th and 20th centuries.

La Cappella intitolata a Santa Maria della Carità, affrescata tra il 1303 e il 1305 da Giotto su incarico di Enrico degli Scrovegni costituisce uno dei massimi capolavori dell'arte occidentale.
La narrazione ricopre interamente le pareti con le storie della Vergine e di Cristo, mentre nella controfacciata è dipinto il grandioso Giudizio Universale, con il quale si conclude la vicenda della salvezza umana. L'edificio era originariamente collegato al palazzo di famiglia, fatto erigere dopo il 1300, seguendo il tracciato ellittico dei resti dell'arena romana.
Da quando, nel 1880, la Cappella è stata acquisita dalla città di Padova, gli affreschi sono stati continuamente oggetto di particolari attenzioni e, nell'Ottocento e nel Novecento, sono stati compiuti svariati interventi conservativi.

DynaFleur- An Immersive Art Installation

DynaFleur is the kind of experience that truly is possible only in Second Life.

Opening to the public on January 5th, DynaFleur presents the almost abstract close-up floral photography of Douglas Story in a very unusual way. The monumental and colorful installation is cradled by a specially commissioned landscape created by Poid Mahovlich. As you walk (and fall) through it, you are immersed in the densely layered sound design of Dizzy Banjo which is tailored to accompany the movements of the elements of the piece that surround you, all of them moving and changing in response to your presence. This magic is powered by complex scripts written by the talented and energetic Desdemona Enfield, which in turn were based on the open-source Reflexive Architecture scripts made available by Keystone Bouchard and his group.


Experiencing DynaFleur is one of those Second Life 'wow' moments that is not to be missed.


FlowerBall, a previous collaboration by Douglas, Desdemona and AldoManutio Abruzzo was named as one of the ‘Ten Best Art Installations in Second Life’ by the New World Notes blog.

Zak Claxton ha deciso di portare in Second Life gran parte del suo
Archivio sul cantante Neil Young !! A parte il fatto che a me la sue
canzoni piacciono tantissimo
, penso che sia una cosa molto bella poter rivedere tutte le coperine
dei suoi Albums,le sue chitarre e tanto altro!!!

Ci sono foto di tutti gli Album col titolo , i nomi delle canzoni e la data
di uscita.Potrete vedere la mitica Gibson Les Paul,
una delle chitarre più famose della storia del rock, alla pari
della Fender Stratocaster, l'amplificatore Fender Deluxe e la chitarra
Martin D-45,

considerata la regina delle chitarre acustiche. Tutti questi "oggetti"
preziosi sono secondo me molto ben ricostruiti!
Al piano di sopra ancora foto di Neil, un piccolo palco su cui
esibirsi e una pista da ballo, con animazioni, il tutto con un
sottofondo musicale da favola..naturalmente quello di Neil Young!

Vi consiglio di andare a vedere questa originale "raccolta" ,
perchè lo merita!

Della serie Halloween..."Labirinti" -VenDetta Haunted Manor

Un altro bel Labirinto, stile Halloween,ben realizzato ma davvero complicato...forse per me! L'uscita non è facile da trovare......ci sono porte che si possono attraversare, altre no.....bellissimi colori e stanze a vario tema,( vario si fa per dire...!!!!!), bel sottofondo musicale.Possibile che incontro sempre gli stessi "amici"?? E tutti vogliono la foto con me!!! Mah.....A parte gli scherzi... provate voi a trovare L'Uscita!!


Another beautiful Labyrinth, Halloween style, really well-made, but complicated ... maybe for me! The escape is not easy to find ...... there are doors that you can cross, others not ..... Beautiful colors and rooms in various subject ("various"? ) , nice musical background . It's strange....I meet always the same "friends"!! And everyone wants a picture with me! ! ! ..... Aside from the jokes .. try to find the exit! !
