Il Museo dei Robots più famosi- Museum of Robots

Il Museo dei Robots è stato ricreato in SL, per far conoscere l'importanza dei Robots nella Cultura popolare, nell'Arte e nelle Scienze, attraverso una Mostra Permanente con esibizioni, intrattenimenti ed eventi.

I Robots di Fred Barton sono realizzati a mano e costruiti per gli Stati Uniti. Questo Museo, ricostruito in scala, ripropone fedelmente i più famosi robots del cinema e della televione nel mondo. La Fred Barton Production è la prima produttrice mondiale di robots celebri da Collezione, ed è riconosciuta come il gruppo più esperto in questo settore.

All'interno della Mostra, possiamo trovare tutti i Robots più famosi dei film, come quello di
“METROPOLIS” di Von Fritz Lang dove appare il celebre Robot Maria.

"L'azione si svolge nel 2026 e gli esseri umani sono divisi in 2 gruppi : i pensatori e i creatori...".

Questo Robot, molto imitato per oltre 80 anni, è l'originale e unico robot femmina con uno stile e
una grazia senza tempo. il modello che vedrete è l' originale in dettagli e immagine.

La Fred Barton Productions ha anche completato la restaurazione completa del modello in scala dell' "atomic car" guidata nel film" The Forbidden Planet" ," Il pianeta Proibito" dal robot Robby, che potete vedere in questo Museo.

Una cosa che ho trovato molto piacevole è la possibilità, oltre a quella di poter leggere una scheda per ogni robot presente nel Museo, quella poter vedere i video del film in cui è stato utilizzato, semplicemente fermandosi sullo spazio verde che c'è davanti e avviando il pulsante -video, nella vostra finestra in basso a destra. Molto interessante!!
Fra i vari modelli presenti nel Museo i miei preferiti sono da sempre i due robots di Star Wars,
i simpaticissimi e quasi umani Droidi R2-D2 e C-3PO. Sicuramente ve li ricordate!

In questo caso Fred Barton ha collaborato con la Sideshow Collectible che lo ha chiamato sapendo che non esiste nessun altro in grado di dar vita a un modello in scala 1:1. Era necessario l'occhio acuto di Fred e il talento dell'Ingegneria Robotica per creare un Museo di riproduzioni di alta qualità per ricreare i due più famosi Robots di Hollywood, quelli di Star Wars!!

Questi due droidi vantano il più alto grado di precisione e di lavorazione e sono i assoluto i più precisi modelli da collezione nel mondo di Star Wars .
All'ultimo piano c'è ina piccola terrazza con tavolini e qui potete comprare qualche robot e la maglietta free del Museo. Naturalmente la Mostra è molto ampia e ci sono tantissime altri robots da vedere e cose da scoprire!!

Perciò se siete appassionati del settore e per chi è curioso di vedere questa grande Mostra ecco

Come è andata la 5° Tappa di Miss Italia Second Life??

E' stata una bella serata, ospitata nella bellissima Hiriam, sciupata solo dal forte lag e dal restart della land che ha interrotto tutto per una decina di minuti. Fra l'altro il lag ha bloccato il tabellone delle votazioni e molti si sono lamentati di non riuscire a votare la propria preferita. Così lo staff ha deciso di far votare tramite notecard da inviare ad Edika Hax. Bravissima e bellissima Ludovica Hax, che penso sia una gran donna anche in RL... perchè ha saputo mandare avanti con eleganza la serata, nonostante i disagi "tecnici" e complimenti per la giusta decisione di non eliminare nessuna delle concorrenti , che potranno partecipare alle prossime tappe.
Ecco le vincitrici delle 5° Tappa che vanno direttamente in semifinale.

Che bel Cinema il Boardwalk Theatre!!!

Oggi finalmente ho potuto cambiare la scheda grafica del mio pc e così stasera mi sto godendo il fatto di poter vedere tutto e....a colori!!! Bè per molti non lo è, ma per me è una novità dopo 8 mesi di" grigio"!!! Sono tornata nei posti dove mi ci voleva almeno mezz'ora per poter vedere i miei amici a colori!!! E finalmente potrò partecipare alla tappa di Miss Italia Second Life!! Adesso sto guardando Chicken Little comodamente seduta in SL, in un cinema molto carino!!! Ci sono in programma 13 film che puoi scegliere, sempre che non ci sia già qualcuno che ne sta guardando un altro! Per fortuna ci sono solo io stasera e mi sono guardata vari pezzetti di film, poi ho deciso per Chicken L. e mi piace il fatto che naturalmente sono in lingua originale!!! Il genere di tutti i film è la "commedia", quindi tutti film o film d'animazione divertenti, bene!!! Le animazioni sulle sedie sono molto simili alla realtà come forse potete vedere nelle foto, e potete prendere una lattina di cocacola dal distributore, o il popcorn...ehheh! Se volete andare a vedere un film allegro, soli o meglio ancora in compagnia dei vostri amici, in un ambiente carino e ricostruito benissimo, andate al Boardwalk Theatre!!!!
